restoration-focused and California restoration-focused. We've handled Project water, fire, and mold jobs across the San Fernando Valley and Greater Los Angeles, and we treat every claim like it's our own home.
Our Story
Built around a simple promise: we'll be there fast, and we'll handle the hard parts.
Owner Oshri Shushan founded the company in 2016 after years in the restoration trade, frustrated by the way most homeowners got handed off between mitigation, mold, and rebuild contractors, each one starting the insurance paperwork over again. He built the business around two ideas: arrive fast, and handle the entire estimate under one license.
Ten years later we operate out of North Hollywood with a crew of restoration-focused water (S500), mold (S520), and fire technicians, plus a repair-scope questions that can be reviewed after mitigation needs are clear.
We've been listed multiple years on Expertise.com's "Best Water Damage Restoration in Northridge" and we're Customer-ready. But the part that matters most: we've been the team Greater LA homeowners called at 2am when a pipe burst and they didn't know what to do next.

General Building Contractor. Lets us complete framing, drywall, flooring, and finish work under the same contract as mitigation.

We run truck-mounted high-vacuum extraction, LGR (low grain refrigerant) dehumidifiers, centrifugal air movers, HEPA-filtered air scrubbers, moisture-check equipment, and pinless moisture meters. Every truck is staged for emergency dispatch.
